I've been told many times that I have a youthful spirit, I feel as though I'm a kid at heart most of the time, and I do love desserts coated in sprinkles. But that said, I'm not a kid, I don't have any kids, and I'm actually kind of awkwardaround kids. So to put this post together I reached out my lovelyassistant Jess, who is not only super helpful but who is also a mom of two beautiful girls. She helped me find 35 Vegan Recipes for Kids for all you amazing veg-forward parents out there.
These kid-friendly recipes are pulled from amazing bloggers across the net. Everything from breakfast. lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner are included. To check out a recipe just click on the title of the recipe or the photo. I hope you enjoy all these vegan recipes for kids!

I made the delicious blueberry bliss muffins from your cookbook. My daughter and son-in-law stopped by, tried them, and took an extra one home with them. Now my daughter has asked if it would be weird if we had the blueberry bliss muffins instead of cake for her birthday!
Love your cookbook! So many great recipes.Sam Turnbull says
Bahaha!! I love that 🙂

Hey dear, Thanks a lot for sharing such great stuff on delicious vegan recipes for kids. I become a fan of your blog. I had tried some of these dishes at my home. But my kids love to eat this one very much "fork & beans: rainbow pancake tacos." They like this one "tofu bolognese" too.

I don't have kids either, but when I watch vegan vloggers, their kids seem to love pretty much everything I hated as a kid. I guess if you are raised vegan, you enjoy delicious and nutritious food right from the start?

I would imagine so! I wasn't raised vegan, but my parents always fed me weird vegetables, different cuisines, and I was constantly trying new stuff, even things like spicy Indian food. I didn't realize that was a "weird" way to eat as a kid until I went to other friends houses!

Sam, Thanks for including my Pumpkin Pie breakfast cookies and Cheesy Kale chips! My grown daughter and her dog are sleeping over tomorrow (yes we still have sleep overs!!) and I plan to make your tofu Bolognese. I think it will be the perfect accompinament to a binge session of Jersey Shore.

Hey Sam!
Wow, what a huge & fun bouquet of recipes from you & Jess‼️
Just need clarity on the Sweet Potato Cookies. The recipe lists steel cut oats for both grinding in the Vitamix and as an uncooked mix-in prior to baking. I think this must be a typo from the original author as old fashioned oats would need to be used for the mix-in because steel cut take a substantial amount of liquid and time to eat. It’s also quicker to grind up old fashioned in the Vitamix. Outside of a slight glycemic index variable, both types of oats are nutritionally identical.Reply

So glad you like the post, Vin! As the sweet potato cookies are not my recipe I would bring up that point with the original author. Enjoy the recipes!
